A perfect day for a cycle... The wind dropped off and the sun came out so Harvey and I had a good ride from Pendam, out towards nant-y-Moch and then up over the top to Angler's Retreat before climbing back up and out of the valley and then down through a really nice gulley back towards Nant-y-Moch.

We stopped at a few of my geocaches on the way too to check that they were OK, including my favourite at Pistyll y Llyn.
